Aero Brand #42m Roll On Stencil Ink (also knows as Aero 1045 Ink) is a slower drying ink that provides excellent resistance to outdoor weather conditions. It is fade resistant and only BLACK meets government specs. TT-I-17955 A, Type I and Type IV and AA-208, Type I and Type IV. This is a pigment ink and we stock it in Black and White. The ink is an alcohol and glycol ethers based ink. Other colors are available by special order at a higher price and they require a minimum quantity of 1 Quart. Other colors available are Blue, Green, Orange, Red and Yellow. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for special order colors. Suggested  ink pad or rubber stencil roller or fountain roller. Can also be used for hand stamping.  Because the ink is flammable, it MUST SHIP UPS GROUND ONLY. Your shipping cost total will be adjusted if UPS Ground is not chosen, we will switch to UPS Ground. Certificate of Compliance available $35
