These two part, completely separate cloth covered felt pads are designed for use with very fast drying inks. With the fastest drying inks the pads dry also very fast so this system of inking both parts and laying one face down on the other pad helps to keep the air from drying out the pads so that they don't need reinking or reactivating (1250 and MARK II inks) as often. Recommended for the fastest drying alcohol inks. #6 PADS ARE 4" BY 4"
